Trip to Yale U

went to see Yale University yesterday. It's pretty easy to get to Yale from here, catch 287 and then 95 to Tappenzi Bridge. The drive is nice, but it was scattered with cops. no we did not get speeding ticket. Whlie coming back, we got lost and came thr' Bronx, luckily the cell phone helped us reach home. came back on G Washington Bridge.. no major surprises..

Yale is a neat little college town where everyone seems to know everybody, appartntly the freshman class is only 1200 students, and the famouse Yale Law School only accepts 130 students per year. It's a rich place and there is plenty of funds to help many programs.

It's a nice place to study, saw the Skull and Bones Bldg, which has NO Windows, saw the famouse The Beinck Rare Books and Manuscript Library. The Bulding has some sort of special marble that only let's partial light enter the bldg. It is pretty neat..The main library is a old Gothic Church converted to library, under the main floor of library are 4 more library floors.

Well, it was nice to be out, the weather was decent aslo, the drive only 2~2.30.. Surprisngly a nice way to spend Monday.

Weather in New Jersey : currently 15 F feels like 0 F, tomorrow more of the same with snow added to it.

Well , finally New Jersey came up with 2 sunny days in a row. and wow is it brrrr cold outside, but it is so amazing, people are still going out for a walk, and fuuny thing was I saw a lady on her patio with all dressed in warm winter cloths drinking her coffee. WE WILL ENJOY is the attitude.

I have booked my tickets to California, I wish had bought more stuff friom India, I'll have to make do witrh what I have.for the wedding... It will be nice to be in the warm sunshine.
